Peninsula Oilers Baseball Club, Inc.

We are a volunteer, non-profit organization established in 1974 to promote baseball on the Kenai (Alaska) Peninsula. Along with preparing college baseball players for a future in the major leagues, the Oilers provide a number of scholarships to area high school seniors to further their educational pursuits. The Oilers also conduct Little League clinics in the local communities of Kenai, Soldotna, Seward and Homer.

The Peninsula Oilers compete in the unified Alaska Baseball League, along with the Anchorage Glacier Pilots, the Fairbanks Goldpanners, the Mat-Su Miners, the Anchorage Bucs and Athletes in Action-Alaska. Competition is intense between the Alaska League teams - vying for two invitations to the National Baseball Congress World Series.

The Oilers are proud of their rich history of countless players & coaches who have gone on to professional baseball careers, many of them in the Major Leagues. Through continued community support, the Oilers look forward to an exciting future of bringing top quality baseball to the Kenai Peninsula.
