	The Long Beach State University freshman from Santa Maria, California is a 6’-4” right-handed pitcher. As a high school senior, in 2005, he compiled a 9-0 won-lost record and was named league MVP and pitcher of the year. Lamontagne was then drafted by the Cincinnati Reds but choose college instead. Andre is undeclared as to his college major.
